Restaurant offering dishes prepared to order with fresh products in Salaunes.
A restaurant that really deserves a stop on the road to Lacanau. Two rooms, one on the bar side reserved for lunchtime customers, and another more cosy one with exposed beams, stylish chandeliers and carefully laid tables, covered with cloth. Florian is in the kitchen while the service in the dining room is feminine and smiling. The lunch menu, when we came, showed a reblochon pie or charcuterie, then a soy flank steak or a duck fillet with French fries and to finish an apricot far or panna cotta. To discover the chef's talents, we preferred an egg casserole with Roquefort cheese, which could also be served with foie gras, then a codfish back with home-made potato crush and sunny vegetables on a lightly spiced sauce. We finished with a homemade pineapple carpaccio. Everything is well cooked, copious, the products are fresh and the dishes prepared to order. In the evening, the pizza oven is put in motion for a tasting on the spot or at home.
