Sophie and Didier Corriea's table offers a home-made cuisine, including pork liver pâté with juniper berries from the Causse, fresh crayfish à la Bordelaise and braised lamb sweetbreads, three of the many specialties offered on the menu. On aurait juste aimé un sourire du patron, mais au vue de la qualité du restaurant( plats excellents avec des produits simples de la région), nous restons sur un très bon souvenir.
