L’AUBERGE DU MOULIN * * *
This magnificent stone building planted in the center of Sainte-Enimie is an ancient mill built forty years ago and led by the same family for three generations. It is now Sophie and Didier's turn to propose the lodging and cover: a dozen rooms with a view of the Tarn or the village, with a cozy atmosphere, and a cozy restaurant with traditional cuisine, which discovers lozial flavors: chicken or home game terrines, fresh crayfish in Bordelaise, laughing lamb, lamb lamb, Causses lamb… Fresh produce is present over the course of the season. An address that definitely does not lack charm.
