The Auberge du Moulin is renowned for its traditional cuisine, rooted in the local landscape between gorges and canyons. Sophie and Didier Corriea's table offers a home-made cuisine, including pork liver pâté with juniper berries from the Causse, fresh crayfish à la Bordelaise and braised lamb sweetbreads, three of the many specialties offered on the menu. In short, real, homemade, natural without frills. The place is also a 3-star hotel offering ten rooms with a cheerful and warm decor, and at a reasonable price.

Repas et nourriture plutôt bien sans être exceptionnel. Un poil cher. Portion généreuse. Serveur très sympathique et attentionné MAIS très long !! Même pour les gens pas pressés.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans ce bel endroit qui surplombe le Tarn. Accueil chaleureux. Chambre confortable, bien équipée, très propre.
Restaurant où l'on déguste une cuisine locale gourmande et raffinée.
Très bon petit déjeuner, bref une belle adresse pour se reposer et visiter la région. Adresse à recommander.
