Ecolodge built in the former cooperative cellar of Bélesta. Natural swimming pool, spa and Michelin-starred cuisine complete the offer.
Luc Richard and his wife Karin Pühringer, both architects, have made the most of what was once the village's former cooperative winery, transforming it into a superb ecolodge. Domaine Riberach blends in perfectly with its surroundings, like a ship anchored at the foot of Bélesta's medieval castle. The rooms and suites, located in and above the former wine-making vats, offer all the comforts you'd expect, with views over the Fenouillèdes mountains. For relaxation, there's a natural swimming pool and spa, and for gastronomy, a table with red and green stars.
