Gourmet restaurant with cuisine inspired by the Sauternes and South Gironde region, with panoramic views over the vineyards.

Facing the vineyards of Château Guiraud, in the heart of Sauternes village, Cercle Guiraud replaced Le Saprien in summer 2023. At the helm, chef Yoann Amado, who has worked in prestigious establishments including Maison Darroze, works with local produce to joyfully reinterpret French gastronomic classics. Alongside him, pastry chef Juliette Bonnard delights diners with her seasonal sweets, while sommelier Denis Verneau, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, carefully selects wines to enhance the meal.

Cuisine délicate et locale avec un accompagnement en vins particulièrement bien choisi. Service sympathique et professionnel dans un cadre authentique. Menu de midi d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Tout cela est vraiment apprécié pour la région de Bordeaux où cela reste plutôt rare...

Tombée par hasard sur ce restaurant c’est une agréable surprise, tant par la qualité du service que par la saveur des plats, des tarifs attractifs quand on vois la qualité du service fourni (cuisine et salle) très professionnel et sympathique, merci beaucoup pour ce repas succulent, nous reviendrons !

Un lieu à visiter absolument, un accueil à la hauteur du service. Peu de choix à la carte mais c’est toujours de bon augure car les assiettes sont admirablement bien présentées. Dessert au chocolat surprenant mais délicieux. Restaurant à recommander.
