Inn serving tasty traditional cuisine, gourmet food and grilled meats

The Auberge les Vignes reserves pleasant surprises. Arnaud and his team are always very friendly. Concerning the setting, it is a mixture of rustic and modern and we appreciate the intimacy offered by the small size of the room, nevertheless very bright. In the plates, the cooking oscillates savorously between tradition and greediness. In summer as well as in winter, the meat and fish are grilled in the fireplace. An address to discover, at the bend of a walk between castles or a descent in canoe on the Ciron.

Probably the best fries I have had. The price is steak and fries is very decent. The alfresco dinning area is v cute. The owner was so lovely offered my friend a free ride back to our Chateau. If I have chance I would come back for the steak and fries again!

Auberge au cœur du village de Sauternes, agréablement calme, terrasse sympathique, intérieur agencé avec goût. Service parfait, bonne cuisine, viandes grillées aux sarments. Tarifs corrects, ..SAUF.. pour les vins au verre au tarif pour le moins quelque peu exagéré .. 7€ le verre de Graves qui n'était que correct, sans plus, et 6€ le verre pour un blanc Sauternes ..

Carte week-end plus 2 menus et premier choix de cotes de boeuf et picanhas maturées. Très bonne cuisine de l'entrée au dessert avec une très belle cave riche en Sauternes et Bordeaux. Proposer la picanha tranchée pour une personne serait un plus.

Waren nach Wanderung da ( Mittag 2 Personen) wollten was trinken und was kleines essen, kein Tisch besetzt,kein anderer Gast....aber haben nichts bekommen ,weil vorher nicht reserviert wurde.....unglaublich unfreundlich.
