In the heart of the former oyster port of Talais, this small restaurant makes a point of working with local producers (Brasserie la Plagiste, Château Rousseau de Sipian, Bodega des Pyrénées, fromagerie La Douce...). On the menu: oysters, charcuterie boards, burrata tomatoes, tapas to share and local beverages. A simple menu, made with quality products. In this little corner of paradise, live music regularly accompanies dinner, and evenings often go on past sunset.
