Just opened and already a fixture on the soulac landscape, Le Médulien offers generous, traditional cuisine in a chic country decor. Bunches of dried flowers, old frames hanging on the walls and beautiful wooden tables create a warm and inviting setting for up to 30 diners. In the dining room, or on sunny days on the terrace, you'll enjoy simple yet sophisticated dishes concocted by Cyril, and served by Romane. On the menu: mature beef rib and coq au vin with seasonal vegetables. A fine address.
