Bistro style restaurant offering oysters in Soulac-sur-Mer.

What makes l'Instant M so successful? Its large terrace, pretty contemporary bistro-style decor, bright dining room and, above all, its tasty dishes combining land and sea. In the kitchen, everything is fresh and homemade. Highlights include delicious Médoc oysters, fillet of sea bass with tarragon and lobster butter sauce, and monkfish medallion with morel mushrooms. While the fish on the menu is a feast for the eyes, meat lovers will also find something to their liking, with pieces cooked to perfection. Good value for money and impeccable service.

Cela fait 2 années de suite que nous venons dans ce restaurant et nous sommes conquis à chaque fois. Nous prenons le menu et nous trouvons que chaque plat est bien goûteux. Le seul bémol c'est que vous ne pouvez pas venir à l'improviste car le restaurant est complet. Pensez donc à réserver.
