What makes l'Instant M so successful? Its large terrace, pretty contemporary bistro-style decor, bright dining room and, above all, its tasty dishes combining land and sea. In the kitchen, everything is fresh and homemade. Highlights include delicious Médoc oysters, fillet of sea bass with tarragon and lobster butter sauce, and monkfish medallion with morel mushrooms. While the fish on the menu is a feast for the eyes, meat lovers will also find something to their liking, with pieces cooked to perfection. Good value for money and impeccable service.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, hervorragendes Essen und sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Das drei Gänge Menü lässt an Preis-Leistung nichts zu wünschen übrig. Hunde sind willkommen und es wurde ungefragt Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein Besuch lohnt sich in jedem Fall. Eventuell sollte man aber vorher reservieren oder sehr früh da sein.
