VIGNOBLE BOUDON
The Boudon vineyard has been in existence since 1920 and has been specialising in agrobiologie since 1963, taking its place among the courageous pionners of the timid green wave that today emboldens to energize our French vineyards. No opportunism, but a real passion in this area of 27 hectares of vines located on two communes, Soulignac and Targon. The region is marked by its territory, which favours the development of fine wines, especially thanks to clay calcareous limestone and limestone soils that allow the vine to express its entire power. In the area of crémant, our favourite is already famous, since the crémant de Bordeaux brut has won the gold medal of the national competition of Des 2012. Clear dress. Subtle nose with fruity notes (quince, brugnon) and mineral. Fresh mouth, lingering thin bubbles. Perfect to accompany an orchard with fruit from the orchard, but also tasty for aperitif (with a cover of syrup for the greedy). To be enjoyed right now and until 2014. Ideal service temperature: 8 ° C.
