The Basque company Biltoki specialises in the promotion and operation of gourmet food markets, very gourmet! In Bordeaux, it is responsible for the Halles de Bacalan, but also the Halles de Talence. Restaurant très accueillant. Le personnel est très agréable et prévenant.
Les plats sont très bons et leur prix très correct.

Des toilettes à l’extérieur et pas toujours très propres … parfois un à deux centimètres d’eau au sol .. effet pataugeoire !!!
