Following the success of their first patisserie in Talence, Elle&Lu has moved its little tea room to Bordeaux. In addition to tiramisus, the house specialty remains choux filled with a light, fragrant pastry cream. Our chou-chou? The one with cinnamon, tonka bean and chestnut cream. What's new is that you can also personalize your chou by choosing its cream (vanilla, hazelnut...), its insert (praline, caramel...), its topping (dulcey, organic chocolate...) and its crunchy topping (pecan, coconut...). Deliciously irresistible!
