Châteaux Méric and Chante l'Oiseau are two family estates located in La Brède, 20 km from Bordeaux, in the Graves AOC. These vineyards have been producing organic wines since 1964. The wines are described as essentially fruity and delicate. The estate covers 40 hectares, including 36 hectares of vines, with 30 hectares dedicated to red wines and 6 hectares to white wines. On weekends and public holidays, it's best to make an appointment. It is advisable to call before visiting, in case the estate is on delivery or at a wine fair. Châteaux Méric and Chante l'Oiseau also offer an online boutique where visitors can purchase their wines. Tours and tastings are also available, as are deliveries throughout France.
