In Vayres, Pierre Rigothier and his wife have fallen in love with an old inn that they have completely and tastefully renovated. Taste and style are also to be found in the dishes. From his mother's kitchen to those of Le Ritz, Le Laurent, Le Vernet and La Scène Thélème, the starred chef has returned to his roots. In the evening, he concocts a blind menu in 4 or 6 courses. A fine wine cellar separates the dining room. In summer, the indoor patio is just as enjoyable. It's a lovely address in the heart of the vineyards on the banks of the Dordogne.
