The chef Ronan Talbot has more than one trick up his sleeve to embellish his homemade dishes according to the seasons, with original mixtures of vegetables skilfully cooked and beautifully presented plates. His specialty is undoubtedly the sweetbreads with sauternes, the signature dish of the house. The inn also has 10 rooms with various themes.

Contenu de l'assiette bon mais sans plus, pas d'étincelles. Service à la limite obséquieux. Linge de table très moyen obligeant à demander de nouvelles serviettes car trouées.
