Merci de prendre en compte ma réclamation et faire le nécessaire. Je souhaiterais une remboursement de la différence que j’ai payé J’ai déjà dormi sur plusieurs hôtels ibis budget mais sur celui-ci. C’est horrible le sol est sale la chambre sans une odeur fort toilette non nettoyer Ça donne même pas envie d’y dormir ???????????? personnel, non compétent ne fait même pas leur boulot, revoyez votre système de fonctionnement je déconseille fortement
Although it was quiet and there was hot water in the shower, everything else made me uncomfortable about this place. I would not stay there again and not reccomend anyone else does either.
