The Institut des Sciences de la Vigne and Wine at the University of Bordeaux is a multidisciplinary and international research, higher education and development pole to meet the challenges of the wine industry of the future. It is one of the first university centers dedicated to wine! This impressive building of more than 10,000 m ² welcomes research teams and more than 600 students.
