Marion Derycke and Jérémy Rouxel, two Normans who arrived in Bordeaux around ten years ago, set up their cider house in Artigues-près-Bordeaux in 2021, before moving to Villenave-d'Ornon. Although the region is not a major apple producer, the couple make an excellent organic cider, the first production of which saw the light of day in November 2021. Extra brut or demi-sec cider remains their flagship product, but the range has expanded to include sulfite- and yeast-free apple juices, apple purees and jellies, and even apple flour!
