A framework that makes it possible to fly because the restaurant is located on the edge of the small Ybulk airfield. In the summer we sit on the terrace, the winter is landed in the bistro style room, very clear, where the tables are well spaced. The service is impeccable: The menu is available very quickly, drinks and bread are on the table as soon as the order has passed and the rate of the dishes is perfect. The formula is simple, everything walks by four with always one or two suggestions from the chef. Grilled oysters to the charentaise to start or go. Excellent. The fish of the day was a darn old mustard sauce sauce on a bed of homemade purée. Try it. Serving a Charlotte peire-chocolate to get the papillae off. At the map, a 300 g plot for starving, classic or Italian knife tartare, burgers, greedy plates, a smiling lamb or a whole bar. A good selection of wines is served by the glass. An address that combines the frame, good cuisine and good value for money.
