On his farm, Benjamin produces 300 fat ducks per year that he transforms on site for direct, canned sale (foie gras, neck stuffed, terrine, rillettes, pâtés, candied) or in charge (magret, thigh, sleeve, rôti, foie gras). You can also taste Benjamin's good products as well as chêvre cheeses from his parents to the peasant home table upon reservation.
