In a cosy atmosphere, this warm brasserie offers a blend of French and world cuisine.
In the historical center of Nancy, just behind the Saint-Epvre basilica and at the foot of the Wallace fountain, the one that gave the restaurant its name, is located the Brasserie Wallace. We dine in a muffled atmosphere, mixing green velvet for the seats referring to the pretty vegetable plants and grey stone and black walls. Very chic. A warm winter garden atmosphere that can be found in the inner courtyard when the weather is fine. On the plate, we like the mix of French cuisine in harmony with the world cuisine. A nice discovery!

Belle transformation pour ce restaurant depuis ces dernièrs mois. L’endroit est vraiment très beau! Les plats y sont très bons, et le service est très bien avec une équipe dynamique et accueuillante.

Restaurant surcoté, le cadre sympa, les plats bon mais trop cher, le barman ne sait pas faire les cocktails

Zéro zéro zéro…. Que dire…. 1h15 d’attente entre la commande et le plat… alors quil n’y avait vraiment pas foule dans le restaurant.
Quand enfin les plats sont arrivés, les pomme de terre grenailles étaient GELÉES, sèches et sans assaisonnement.. j’ai même du mal à comprendre comment on peut servir un plat comme cela. Pour finir, la note très salée ! On n’a même pas osé prendre de dessert. Première et dernière fois.

1h30 d'attente pour un plat digne d'un congelé, même les frites étaient mauvaises... serveur anti commercial, note salée... bref, il y a tellement mieux sur Nancy...Le cadre plutôt sympa ne suffit pas, nous ne sommes pas difficile mais la vraiment, c'était un naufrage.
