Village restaurant in Ancy-Dornot offering clearly filled dishes, meats and a home-made Lorraine popote

No manners, this is a village restaurant. Understand that we eat divinely well and that the plates are clearly well filled. Pea soup, potée lorraine, blanquette de veau, boeuf bourguignon, omelette au lard et ses pommes de rôties, tête de veau... The dishes offered by the chef smell like the cooking of a real Lorraine house. The prices are also quite low compared to the generous portions and, at lunchtime, the dish of the day is generally unanimously appreciated. An address to discover.

Venant de Nîmes, de passage à Metz, ce restaurant m'a été recommandé et je le recommanderai. J'ai tout aimé : accueil, cuisine, et prix. Je recommande fortement.

Petit restaurant sympa ou l’on mange très bien , le tartare au couteau excellent ????

1) commandé une bouteille de GIVRY notée A.O.C. 1er Cru sur carte ne correspond pas à la bouteille A.O.P. reçue et payée!
2) aucun ticket de caisse, le restaurateur pratique ses additions (7 couverts) en écrivant tout sur une feuille de papier!

C'est la cuisine du terroir dans toute sa splendeur. Des plats autour des abats comme la fameuse tête de veau sans oublier les pommes de terre rôties. Les vins de Moselle sont déclinés dans tous les cépages de la région. Une adresse à retenir.
