A friendly restaurant offering simple, tasty, traditional cuisine based on fresh produce at affordable prices.

Here is a place that lacks neither charm nor authenticity! Le Bouillon des Halles is based on the principle of the Parisian bouillons. Simple, tasty and traditional cuisine, fair prices and a warm atmosphere, the dishes are made from fresh products that come directly from the market or from their partner producers. Everything is homemade, from the mayonnaise to the broth! Carl Vagner, the owner, wanted to pay homage to his grandmother by introducing a single dish for Sunday lunch.
