This establishment offers traditional cuisine with a touch of Alsace and the Vosges. The O' Creux Gourmand restaurant is part of the Grande Cascade hotel complex. The chef offers fresh quality and seasonal products. You will enjoy a sumptuous view of the great Tendon waterfall thanks to a room full of light with its large windows that go around the room. The establishment offers comfortable and spacious rooms, all located just before the top of the Bonnefontaine pass, halfway between Gérardmer and Épinal.

C’est nôtre deuxième séjour au O’Creux Gourmand. On apprécie la cuisine française dans sa tradition avec de beaux raffinements. Petit clin d’œil spécial à la préparation du tartare devant nous de À à Z !!
