This establishment offers traditional cuisine with a touch of Alsace and the Vosges. The O' Creux Gourmand restaurant is part of the Grande Cascade hotel complex. The chef offers fresh quality and seasonal products. You will enjoy a sumptuous view of the great Tendon waterfall thanks to a room full of light with its large windows that go around the room. The establishment offers comfortable and spacious rooms, all located just before the top of the Bonnefontaine pass, halfway between Gérardmer and Épinal.

Les légumes cuits avait le goût rances comme le plat réchauffé.
Les plats étaient en accord avec nos attentes et le prix de la carte.
Très beau cadre au milieu de la forêt.
Et encore une fois le service au top. (Pas de pression sur les clients et non envahissant, comme nous aimons ????????)
