This establishment offers traditional cuisine with a touch of Alsace and the Vosges. The O' Creux Gourmand restaurant is part of the Grande Cascade hotel complex. The chef offers fresh quality and seasonal products. You will enjoy a sumptuous view of the great Tendon waterfall thanks to a room full of light with its large windows that go around the room. The establishment offers comfortable and spacious rooms, all located just before the top of the Bonnefontaine pass, halfway between Gérardmer and Épinal.

Une magnifique soirée avec des plats encore plus à la hauteur que nos attentes et un service attentionné et personnalisé. Nous étions avec un enfant de 5 ans qui a pu aller voir les cuisines, choisir ses glaces directement en arrière salle, etc, il a été pris en compte complètement et professionnellement.

Jolie vue sur la nature et service agréable. Le cadre du restaurant est plutôt vintage. Il faut aimer…. Sinon, repas sans prétention mais très correct. Un peu surpris que moins de quinze jours après la réouverture, un produit soit déjà manquant!
