This establishment offers traditional cuisine with a touch of Alsace and the Vosges. The O' Creux Gourmand restaurant is part of the Grande Cascade hotel complex. The chef offers fresh quality and seasonal products. You will enjoy a sumptuous view of the great Tendon waterfall thanks to a room full of light with its large windows that go around the room. The establishment offers comfortable and spacious rooms, all located just before the top of the Bonnefontaine pass, halfway between Gérardmer and Épinal.

C'est la première fois que nous déjeunons dans cet établissement
L'accueil est agréable et le service impeccable
Le cadre est agréable, avec vue sur la cascade et les daims
Bonne qualité et fraicheur des produits
Les plats sont bien présentés et appellent à la gourmandise
Et pour terminer la journée, une petite balade digestive jusqu'à la cascade

Je me demande bien si le chef de la Grande Cascade est un chef renommé? Comme on s'est régalé! La cuisine était soignée et délicieuse.
