This charming and original museum offers you to discover mechanical instruments where creativity is queen. It all started in the th century when it was good for the bourgeois to own an imported serin from the Canaries. The first organs, called Serinette de Mirecourt, were to educate the scarcely of the Canaries, the fashion birds for their vocal qualities. They will be replaced quickly by mazurkas, quadrilles, quadrille and waltzes. A passage in this temple of mechanical music, born of the will of some enthusiasts, reveals amazing things about the rich history of the Orgues organ factors. Indeed, the city has acquired a reputation for its church organs as well as for fairs or fair. The museum presents a rich collection of instruments in perfect condition for the pleasure of the big and the small, which is the fruit of the work of Maurice Dussour and his daughter Françoise, both passionate.
