Ramon Montandon's restaurant has become a landmark in downtown Foix. The cuisine is traditional and from the Ariège region. You'll enjoy foie gras, assiette ariégeoise (charcuterie from Rouch, cheese and a glass of wine), beef, lamb, land or sea compositions, discoveries... the ingredients are always of the highest quality. The chef works with fresh, local produce. Wines are displayed on the walls. In summer, a pleasant terrace is available. Terribly good and efficient. The welcome and service are on a par with the whole.
