A veritable Ariège institution, it is a breeder, restaurant and farm store. Its aim is to bring farmers and consumers closer together. Alongside the meats and products served in the restaurant, you'll find a fine selection of know-how from local farmers and craftsmen. The menu features traditional dishes, burgers for teenagers with bread from the village baker and farmhouse cheeses. The dishes are really hearty. The welcome is always top-notch!

De retour à la maison (d'Andorre à Tours) en regardant map sur mon portable je suis tombée sur cette adresse qui annonçait des produits du terroir, ça nous a donné faim. Nous n'avons pas regretté de "perdre" un peu de temps dans ce coin inconnu et surtout à table. Des gens très accueillants, un délicieux parfum de cuisine et la chance de trouver une table pour deux car c'était plein.
C'était vendredi donc on a gouté l'Azinate... un délice. Gourmande, j'avais pris aussi l'entrée (carpaccio super bon) et un dessert aussi bon (feuilleté au pommes) ! On a du aller faire un tour à pied avant de reprendre la route tellement on avait mangé.
Même le vin en pichet (avec modération) était bon.
Le meilleur rapport qualité prix de toutes nos vacances.
