Restaurant offering a very refined cuisine with great classics
In the heart of Espalion, on the first floor of a handsome building, David Burgarella offers a bistro, La Table de Romane; and upstairs, a gastro space, La Tour. On the bistro plate: foie gras toast, salads, burgers... Upstairs, David offers highly refined cuisine with great classics: tartine du montagnard, veal sweetbreads, Monts d'Aubrac trout, regional cheeses... For dessert, you'll love the unmistakable praline millefeuille or corne d'Aubrac.

Nous y avons déjeuné fin avril 2023,
Service moyen
