Here, we work with beautiful material since they are simply black pigs of Bigorre and also pigs of the house Louvel, famous house of breeding located at Gontaud de Nogaret and that we do not present any more. Everything is homemade and it makes you want to eat! Coppa, rillettes, white ham, chorizo, pata negra... or even medal-winning black pudding form a magnificent showcase.
