LE LIADOU DU VALLON

Liadou means "tying tool" in Occitan. This authentic Aveyron winegrower's knife, simple, robust and functional, was once used by Marcillac winegrowers to split wicker and "bind" vines for crown pruning. Its manufacturer, based in the Marcillac-Vallon workshop, works to faithfully preserve its traditional shape. The collection is varied; from the original 12 cm knife to the Petit Liadou, the table Liadou and the corkscrew Liadou, it is also available in various noble woods (boxwood, ebony, juniper, olive...)
