Le Vieux Berger is first and foremost a Combes family story. Cheese has been made here for three generations. It's a slow, patient and meticulous process. The milk comes from local producers. All stages - cutting the curds, molding, draining, salting and maturing - are done by hand. Petite visite libre bien sympathique accompagné d'un petit film court explicatif adapté autant aux adultes qu'aux enfants. Accueil très agréable et sympathique.

Un des deux seuls artisan qui fait le roquefort à la main. Quand on a goûté au vieux berger on y reste fidèle ! Uniquement distribué en circuit spécialisé. Je vous le recommande vivement.

Cave de Roquefort artisanale. Ici pas de marketing, on vend une sorte de Roquefort et il est très bon ! La visite est courte mais le film de 15mn est intéressant et plutôt drôle. Nous avons adoré ! L'accueil est très souriant. A faire sans hésiter !
