Belle bâtisse , nous avons apprécié la décoration.
Inventive cuisine full of flavour and scents (Hervé Busset picking it even épiaires, achillées or sage flowers in the vicinity of its grounds...). Its trout fario of Estaing to flower elder tree, pork with thyme wild thyme or homemade ice cream with the scent of ivy... A real treat, happiness on the terrace near the river! A well deserved Michelin star!
