Plateau de fromage présentant exclusivement des fins de fromages de sorte que cela ne mettait pas en appétit. Le dessert pêches poêlées très décevant, aucune mâche. Le foie gras servi n’était pas assez cuit. Le café servi en fin de repas étude piètre qualité
