As soon as you step into the courtyard of this pretty chartreuse, you know you're in for a treat. In the dining room or on the terrace under the wisteria, you'll be pampered. When the sun shines, the century-old terrace shaded by wisteria invites you to sit back and relax. Gourmets will be delighted by the cuisine's focus on local, seasonal ingredients. Specialties such as duck foie gras marbled with Lillet blanc, braised sweetbreads with butternut and chestnut pissaladière, or nougat glacé with rum raisins and caramelized nougatine chips are simply delicious.
