With its impressive 11th-century building adjoining the church and overlooking the Pyrenees, vineyards and Gers countryside, the Saint-Mont monastery has been transformed into a luxury hotel with 11 charming rooms, where modernity blends with antiquity. Chef Tossens is at the helm of the bistro and gastro restaurant, while a Japanese chef runs the Fumi counter. The private spa has been set up in the former sheepfold, where guests can enjoy an open-air sauna, hammam and whirlpool bath, as well as Pure Altitude treatments for a complete wellness getaway.

PS : arrivez 1/4 d’heure avant pour admirer la Piété du XIIe siècle dans l’église du Monastère.
Le repas était excellent et après le repas nous avons décider de prendre quelques minutes pour nous reposer dans le salon qui jouxte la salle de restaurant.
C’est alors que la responsable d’établissement nous a littéralement renvoyé dehors « le salon est réservé aux clients de l’hôtel et non du restaurant « fulmina t elle d’un ton Thatcheriste..
