Ideally located between Auch and Condom, La Ferme de Flaran offers authentic, tasty, home-cooked cuisine using fresh, local produce. The menu changes with the seasons. Labelled "Tables du Gers", it's in the unique and warm setting of the former abbey monks' farm that you can enjoy their delicious veal sweetbreads or lamb shoulder, and finish with their profiteroles revisited with salted butter caramel.

La ferme de Flaran
La ferme de Flaran est située entre Valence sur Baïse et l’abbaye de Flaran. Le menu du marché très abordable pour ce restaurant gastronomique à eu nos faveurs (32 €, mais il y a aussi un menu du jour en semaine à 17 €) : amuse bouche, fricassée de pleurotes et avocat pour l’un, velouté de butternut avec escalope de foie gras pour mon épouse, suprême de pintade aux morilles, crème brulée et tarte tatin. Cadre très select, tables très espacées, service impeccable.

Malgré ça, on recommande quand même cet hôtel pour sa localisation et sa propreté.
