Part wine storehouse, part tobacco drying shed, this beautiful building has been completely renovated and has been awarded the "Gîte de France" label. The light wood exterior is superb. The design of the rooms and the choice of soft colors convey a modern image. Touches in the decoration recall the wine-growing identity of the village of Cocumont - the Cave Coopérative des Marmandais is nearby. The best idea the owners came up with is the large glass roof in the living room, with a view over the plain, which can also be enjoyed from the mezzanine.
