J'ai choisi ALBA pour mon déménagement France => Etats-unis parce que leur prix en contenair partagé étaient avantageux (beaucoup d'autres entreprises ne proposait pas de contenair partagé sur cette destination). Au final, je déconseille fortement ce déménageur. L'emballage n'a pas été précautionneux et plusieurs objects se sont cassés au moment de l'emballage. D'autres objects ne sont cassés lors du transport. Comme indiqué dans le contrat, j'ai sous 10 jours après reception des colis envoyé une lettre recommandée avec photo des dommages. Ma demande a été refusée (alors que j'avais payé l'assurance), sous prétexte que je n'avais pas prouvé que les dommages avaient eu lieu lors du déménagement et pas juste après (courrier en photo jointe). Grosse arnaque...
