Address offering forgotten flavours of quality based on local products.
A beautiful gastronomic table honored with a Michelin star in 2022. Here, chef Sylvain Joffre combines his refined cuisine with an artisanal bakery, a wine cellar - where tasting evenings are organized in the presence of artisanal winemakers - and a delicatessen. On the plate, one rediscovers forgotten flavors, a return to simplicity and a relationship with nature, based on the quality of local products. As the seasons change, the menus evolve in two, four or six times... Slow down your pace of life for the time of a tasting...

To this day, still one of the best meal we’ve had in Toulouse. Last we came here was 3 years ago before the pandemic, but recommend this place to my friends along with Sarran and Le Cénacle. I have to go back soon. En Plein Nature is outside Toulouse a quick extra 15 minute drive from hyper-ville but it’s worth it. The vibe and ambience is lovely, the staff are professional, the food portion is great and the taste and plating is indeed elevated. For the price it’s not as expensive as other Michelin star rated restaurants, come for lunch you’ll get the same dinner experience for a better price. The entrance is through the back. They have the bakery up front.
