In 1993, Hélène Vié, passionate about the little flower and its beautiful color, had the idea of creating a range around her favorite flower. At the time, there were few products based on the Toulouse symbol: just a few sweets and a liqueur... She then developed a whole range of gourmet creations for cooks and gourmets, such as flavored and colored sugar, mustard... In 2000, an old barge moored on the Canal du Midi became La Maison de la Violette. Hélène is an ambassador for her town, and her daughter Mélanie has joined her in this wonderful adventure.
