In 1993, Hélène Vié, passionate about this little flower and its beautiful color, had the idea of creating a range around her favorite flower. At the time, there were few products based on this symbol of Toulouse: just a few sweets and a liqueur... She then developed a whole range of gourmet creations for cooks and gourmets, such as flavored and colored sugar, mustard... In 2000, an old barge moored on the Canal du Midi became La Maison de la Violette. Hélène is an ambassador for her town, and her daughter has joined her in this adventure.
