The Café des Spores is located in the Toulouse Toulouse, the Artilect Fablab. The idea is simple: recycle coffee marc by growing oyster mushrooms! A cultivation kit for oyster mushrooms is proposed by the association, a Pousse Café, which includes coffee marc, oak sawdust and mycelium. There is nothing more than that: Mushrooms grow in a few days in your kitchen and can then be eaten quickly. An idea that, of course, all the Russian smartshops are in favour of!
