The Café des Spores is located in the Fablab Toulouse, the Artilect Fablab. The idea is simple: recycle coffee marc by cultivating pleurots! A pleurote culture kit is proposed by the association, a "Push Café", which includes coffee marc, oak sawdust and mycelium. There is only one thing that needs to be done: the pleurots grow in a few days in your kitchen and can then be tasted quickly. An idea that all of the furies of Toulouse naturally endorse!
