Maison Castan was founded by René Castan in 1989. Claire Castan has now taken up the torch to perpetuate the family tradition. The values passed on by this fine chocolate factory remain unchanged: quality products are handcrafted with care to tantalize our taste buds! You'll find Cabosse gingembre, Salidou, Cœur Provençal, Framboisissimo and even Toulousaine, with figs, honey and walnuts... For a little souvenir, violet candies are a must.

Un des meilleurs, peut être le meilleur chocolatier de Toulouse. Une histoire de famille qui maintient une qualité excellente. Et la reconnaissance de Maître Chocolatier depuis septembre 2023 !

Découvert lors du salon du vin et du terroir, je dois dire que les chocolats proposés sont excellents. Pour l'instant je n'y ai acheté qu'un petit pochon sur le stand afin de faire gouter à mon entourage mais je compte bien aller les revoir en boutique pour mes achats de Noël ;)
