Maison Castan was founded by René Castan in 1989. Claire Castan has now taken up the torch to perpetuate the family tradition. The values passed on by this fine chocolate factory remain unchanged: quality products are handcrafted with care to tantalize our taste buds! You'll find Cabosse gingembre, Salidou, Cœur Provençal, Framboisissimo and even Toulousaine, with figs, honey and walnuts... For a little souvenir, violet candies are a must.

Chocolats de qualité, le personnel est très accueillant et de très bons conseils. Je recommande vivement surtout lors des fêtes notamment à Pâques où ils proposent pleins de sujets différents tous aussi beaux et bons les uns que les autres !
