Yannick Delpech, famous chef of the Toulouse gastronomy has opened his pastry shop: Sandyan! A minimalist store that presents its specialties under a bell or in precious jewel cases, almost like pieces of jewelry. We go from laughter to tears in a few bites with the choco-ginger cookies or the white chocolate chips. Among the original signature desserts: the mango and green tea soft-boiled egg or the caviar, cachou Lajaunie and lemon panacotta box. Otherwise, there are always the timeless ones: éclair, Paris-Brest, mille-feuilles or tartelette?
